My Amazing Weekend

Well I just had one of the most amazing experiences ever. I can't even begin to explain but I did put a video together.

I have recently become involved with the Youth Group and Confirmation Program at my church (one of the many reasons I have not blogged lately). It is a wonderful program that is just getting renewed with a new youth minister. He is a good guy and I believe he is just want the doctor (GOD) ordered for these teens. I came home from this weekend with a renewed soul and an even deeper love for my God. It was kind of amazing cause I went to work the next day and had a REALLY hard day and even at the end of that I still felt renewed. I hope that the fire that this weekend started in the teens sticks with them and they remember the love they felt this weekend.

On another note, I feel like the last few (okay, very few) blogs have been me apologizing for not blogging. Someone recently told me that I say sorry to much. SO...no sorry just a I will try to blog more. I often feel better after blogging and I really LOVE when people e-mail or twitter me with comments. Keep it up and I will continue to come back.

This past year has been a tough one for so many reasons, but I see the sun coming up over the mountains!!! And even though I know I must climb those mountains I know that I can with the strength of my friends and family.

A Fun Day With the Kids

So I have been on Vacation for the last two weeks and to be honest I have really enjoyed both
vacations. I spent a week with my family down in Newport Beach and then I was home for 4 days and I left for Vegas for 5 days with the girls. I came home to absolute chaos, but things are calming down now. Last night we spent the night at the Raf/New house and then today we went to Nana Z's office picnic with everyone. Ben had a blast playing with his friends and getting his face painted. Now we are heading off to cheer on Team Believe at the Relay for Life in Martinez. My god mother is fighting ovarian cancer and our close friend Linda's brother in law is fight pancreatic cancer. I am going to ask that everyone pray for them and all the cancer fighter/survivors. It doesn't matter what higher power you believe in just offer up a pray this weekend. GO TEAM BELIEVE!!!!
